Our offices – located in Sydney and Dubbo – are constantly improving to become places our team likes to be, rather than just the place you work from.
Snacks and treats
Although we all generally try to keep a somewhat balanced and healthy diet, the occasional treat is OK.
Height Safety Engineers enjoy putting on regular morning teas and lunches for the whole team. Not only does it provide the opportunity to critically examine the boss’s barbecuing skills these little gatherings often are tied to important company milestones or events that help drive our sense of community.

We are committed to our team’s health – physical, mental and social.
The Sydney headquarters plays host to our very own on-site gym. This improved area of the Sydney office is fitted out with a range of exercise equipment for all sorts of workouts. Having undergone substantial improvements through the mid-months of 2021, the gym is quickly becoming a hub for those looking to improve their fitness.
To assist in giving our team a good balance between work, home and leisure time, HSE encourages flexibility when it comes to hours worked and working from home. We offer a range of support programs, for professional development and a leading Employee Assistance Program.
On the social front, the HSEatery is an expansive, comfortable casual space designed to give the team space to unwind, relax and enjoy each other’s company. It features plenty of seating, pool table, table tennis, drinks fridge and more. It even has its own herb garden.
It also plays host to the regular team BBQs, whole company lunches, morning teas and other fun events.
Protecting the community
Protecting people is not only tied to the work we do in fall protection and workplace safety. HSE is proud to help out in the wider community where we can.
Most recently, the team has enthusiastically thrown itself behind Crohn’s and Colitis awareness, raising funds for research into a disease that does not get a lot of attention. HSE has also thrown its support behind the Narellan Rangers soccer club, sponsoring its under-11s team for the 2021 season.
Always improving
The leadership group at HSE are always looking for new ways make the office more comfortable and the atmosphere more welcoming. As a team, we strive to find better ways to incorporate the values we hold close into everything we do.
