Through the synergy of our four key services – installation, recertification, training and PPE – we deliver holistic solutions to your safety and compliance journey.
We have worked tirelessly to become one of the most credentialed height safety companies in Australia. We are dedicated to ensuring that everything we do exceeds industry best practice in every facet, and are dedicated to transparency and accountability in all parts of our work.
The National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) has accredited HSE for compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 as a Type C Inspection Body. The scope of our NATA accreditation is the broadest of any in the height safety industry in Australia.
Through this accreditation, HSE’s clients can be assured that our testing and reporting on their height safety system is thorough, unbiased and completely independent.
Our team has also worked hard to gain certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO45001 OH&S Management System.
Height Safety Engineers are also proud members of the Working at Heights Association of Australia. Through WAHA, we work with industry partners to help improve safety across all aspects of working at heights.
Height Safety Engineers provide holistic safety solutions for those working in high-risk environments.
Our services are divided across three main areas:
- Safety training
- Safety systems, and
- Safety equipment
HSE is a registered training organisation (RTO 91227) providing nationally accredited training for a variety of high-risk work and work safety areas. Our trainers bring years of real industry experience to every class they teach. Training can be undertaken at our state-of-the-art training centres in Sydney, Melbourne and Dubbo. We can also bring our training to your work or job site anywhere in Australia.
Safety systems encompass the design, installation and ongoing maintenance of fixed height safety and fall protection systems. Our team can design a cost effective and fully compliant system no matter your roof. Whether you need a simple set of roof anchor points or a fully integrated ladder, platform, and horizontal rail system, HSE can ensure your building is best setup to facilitate safe access and safe work positioning for your team.
Once a system is installed, it needs to be maintained. Regular recertification inspections of your system assist in keeping it in good working order, meaning you can trust that your people are being protected.
Even if you are unsure of your needs, the team at HSE can provide a range of auditing and consulting services to help you understand what may be required to make your building compliant.
Height Safety Engineers have strong relationships with all the leading manufacturers and importers of personal protective equipment for those working at heights, in confined spaces, with dangerous substances and more.
Our experienced team can help you select, correctly fit and maintain all manner of PPE from harnesses, lanyards and ropes to fall arrest blocks, rope access equipment and emergency response.
In line with Australian standards, we can also provide the biannual inspections of your PPE to give you the peace of mind that it is in good working order, ready to function as designed should you need it to.
